"Digital Crossroads of America Data Center"
A $40 Million Dollar 105,000 sq. ft. facility to be built in Hammond, on the shores of Lake Michigan, adjacent to the City of Chicago. The Data Center, just north of the Hammond Marina, is designed to serve a growing demand for busi-ness and content distribution providers to lease data center space. This exciting project has the capacity to grow into a $200 million dollar facility with over 400,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the art space in Hammond, IN. Attorney Tom Dakich, former Andrean Grad, is partnering with data mogul, Peter Feldman, and plans to begin construction in the coming months.
